It was the best of times, it was the worst of, wait, that's Dickens' story...

Our story is much, much better; and much less Dickensian. It was the 6th of April, 2010, when a none-to-subtle mutual friend asked each of us if we'd like to go catch the Red Sox Home Opener at the Strangebrew Tavern in Manchester. We talked and generally enjoyed a rather pleasant evening.

Shortly thereafter, Josh emailed Emily. And waited. And waited.

He finally sent a message to the mutual friend; and found out, that Emily's email had been auto-filtering his missives to the spam folder. A fateful rendevous was scheduled for the 30th of April 2010

Well, the evening of the 30th of April 2010 was an evening filled with two people nervously eating sushi at YouYou in Nashua. Both of us wanted to make a good impression on the other, and apparently we did; as we set another date for Karaoke, and another date for Martha's Exchange. And so on and so forth.

As the time has passed, we grew closer and closer, and finally in late August of 2011, while Hurricane Irene raged, we moved into our own apartment together.

Then, December 4th 2011, Em got some new hardware from Josh:

Which of course, brings us to this site.
